Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
  • Items must be in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Items purchased on sale or through discount offers.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Once your request is approved, we will share return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us immediately after delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
